Waivers submitted after the last day of instruction for the current term will be applied to the next term. Waivers are not granted retroactively.

Applicants are expected to read all eligibility, qualifying criteria, and limitations below and on the application form. It is the student's responsibility to understand the limitations of the waiver that they are applying for.
Students with a gap in attendance (Fall or Spring term or longer), must reapply for the waiver.
